How we run the job
Survey first — for a commercial move, that includes a walk of the new premises, because the sequence in which stock and fittings arrive decides how fast you can reopen. Then a written itemised quote with vehicle, crew, materials and timing. Packing is done against a numbered inventory. Fittings and furniture are dismantled with fittings bagged and labelled. Loading is sequenced so that what must be installed first at the destination comes off the truck first. Reassembly, placement and waste removal are included.

Two pieces of advice for a commercial move
Photograph and count your stock before packing begins, at your end, on your own record. Any mover worth using will welcome it.
Confirm the new premises are actually ready — power, shutters, flooring and any landlord work finished. The most expensive commercial moves we see are the ones where the goods arrive and cannot be installed.

That is the normal pattern for us here. It needs a survey of both premises and a clear sequence, which we prepare in advance.

No. We shuttle with a smaller vehicle from a wider road, priced into the original quote.

Timing a commercial move around your trading calendar
Avoid the festival build-up
