Our process, plainly

Survey. A visit, or a video walkthrough if your schedule is impossible. We list goods and check access at both ends.

Written quote. Itemised — vehicle, crew, materials, and anything conditional flagged upfront.

Packing. Room by room, numbered cartons, an inventory sheet you keep.

Loading and transit. Heavy first, fragile last in and first out, with a supervisor contactable throughout.

Unpacking and reassembly. Furniture rebuilt, cartons placed by room, waste taken away.

What drives the price up or down

Volume is the main factor, then floor and lift, then distance. Beyond that: whether anything needs crating, whether an internal duplex staircase is involved, how far the crew must carry goods from where the vehicle stops, storage if there is a date gap, and transit insurance if you want it. Because HSR’s access is generally good, quotes here tend to be more predictable than in the older parts of the city — there are fewer nasty surprises to price in.

Booking around HSR’s rhythms

Month-end is peak everywhere in Bengaluru and HSR is no exception, but the local wrinkle is the school year. April, May and June bring a surge of family moves as people shift before the new academic session, and those weekends fill up early. If you are moving with children and the dates are known, book three to four weeks ahead.

Can you finish a 3BHK in one day?

Usually yes, within HSR or nearby, provided we survey first and send the right crew size. Same-day completion is mostly a question of manpower, not distance.

Do you move aquariums, treadmills and pianos?

Yes. All three need specific handling and should be declared at survey so we bring the right materials and enough people.

Is storage available if my new flat is not ready?

Storage between two homes

HSR runs on leases, and leases rarely line up neatly with possession dates. Storage is the usual answer and it is simpler than most people assume.

How it works

Your goods are packed exactly as they would be for a move, loaded, and held in inventoried storage. Each carton and item is numbered, so you know what is there rather than hoping. When your new home is ready, the same load is delivered and unpacked.

What it costs

Charged by volume and duration, quoted separately from the move itself so you can see both figures. For a gap of a week or two it is almost always cheaper than paying overlapping rent on two flats.

Partial storage

You do not have to store everything. A common arrangement here is to move the essentials into a temporary flat and store the rest — furniture, appliances, books — until the permanent home is ready.
